The United States Sustainable Development Corp was established in 2009 in New York City and moved to Coastal Virginia in 2010. The firm provides business and project management, services to public, private, for and non-profit bodies. 


USSDC was certified by the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) an Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in consultative status. Each year the organization publishes written statements to a few of the five regional sessions of ECOSOC; the Commission on Social Development, the Commission on the Status of Women, the Commission on Population and Development, the UN Forum on Forests, and the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues. 


A primary issue for the NGO is the global identity politics of Indgenous and African Descendants of Colonialism and Enslavement.
